We have adopted and achieved all criteria necessary in having a transparent and traceable supply chain management. In 2021 we have been officially certified as a Member of The Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) a pinnacle standard for the jewelry supply chain. Also achieving our best practice with the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI), a standardized European approach for monitoring social standards.
And most recently in 2024, we have been certified with ISO14001 which is the internationally recognized standard for environmental management systems.

In addition to RJC certification, we have also successfully adopted the standards of the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI), a respected European framework for promoting and monitoring social compliance in global supply chains. Through BSCI, we regularly assess and improve workplace conditions to ensure that our employees work in a safe, fair, and respectful environment. This includes compliance with labor laws, fair wages, working hours, and the right to collective bargaining.
